This policy covers the website www.enigmatech.ai, its visitors, and anyone who leaves their details on it to be contacted. It complements the notice shown next to the contact form.

It does not cover use of the EnigmaTech.ai service itself (for example, the report bot). The service will have its own terms and privacy policy.

We collect the following types of information:

• Details you give in the contact form: name, phone number, email address (optional) and your agreement to be contacted.
• Direct contact: if you contact us directly on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive your number or address and the content of your messages.
• How you reached the site: if you arrived through a campaign link, we keep the campaign parameters in that link (such as utm_source or gclid) so we know which ad brought the inquiry.
• Technical information: as with any website, the hosting servers receive details with each request, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. It is used to run and secure the site.
• Your choices on the site: language, cookie consent and accessibility preferences, stored in your browser. See the Cookie Policy for the full list.
• Aggregate usage figures: only if you allow usage measurement. See the Cookie Policy.

We use the information only to:

• Get back to you about your inquiry, on WhatsApp and by email if you gave one, and manage the relationship that follows from it.
• Understand which ad or source brought the inquiry.
• Run and secure the site and prevent abuse, for example of the form.
• Improve the site based on aggregate usage figures, only if you allowed it.
• Meet our legal obligations and handle your requests.

We do not sell personal information or build advertising profiles about you.

You are under no legal obligation to give us information. Without a name and phone number we can't get back to you through the form. Email is optional. You can also contact us directly by email.

After you submit the form, you will receive a WhatsApp message from EnigmaTech.ai (currently in Hebrew). The first reply and follow-up conversation may be handled with the help of an AI-based assistant that answers questions about the service and hands the conversation to a person on our team when needed.

The conversation is kept by us and our service providers so we can handle your inquiry. The assistant does not make decisions that have a legal effect on you. You can ask at any point for a person on our team to continue the conversation.

We share information only with service providers that work for us, and only as far as they need it for their work:

• Hosting for the website and our systems (Vercel, Railway), and usage measurement if you allowed it (Vercel).
• Our customer management system (Notion).
• WhatsApp messages and managing the conversation (Respond.io, WhatsApp).
• AI providers, which help draft replies and summarize the inquiry.
• Email and meeting scheduling (Google Workspace, Cal.com).

Beyond that, we disclose information only where the law requires it or under an order from a competent authority.

Some of our providers store and process information on servers outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. We work with established providers that have committed to protecting the information, as the law requires.

We keep inquiry details in our customer management system for as long as they are relevant to our contact with you, and we have no fixed deletion date. You can ask us at any time to delete them, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep them (see "Your rights").

How we protect your information:

• The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Only people who need the information for their work can access it.
• We work with established providers that take information security seriously.

No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you can:

• See the information we hold about you (section 13 of the Law).
• Ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date (section 14 of the Law).
• Ask to be removed from direct-mail lists, or for us to stop contacting you with offers (section 17F of the Law).
• Ask us to delete your inquiry details at any time, unless the law requires us to keep them.

To use a right, email office@enigma-group-tech.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We may ask for details to confirm the request came from you. We will reply within 30 days at most, free of charge.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

The agreement in the form lets us contact you about your inquiry only. We will not send you advertising without separate, explicit consent. If you agree to receive updates in the future, every message will include a simple way to unsubscribe, and you can always ask by email too.

The website is intended for businesses and people aged 18 and over. If a minor's details were given to us, contact office@enigma-group-tech.com and we will delete them.

The website uses cookies and browser storage only for necessary functions, and usage measurement only if you allow it. See the Cookie Policy for details.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we change a provider or add a feature to the site. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. If we materially change how we use information you already gave us, we will say so on the site and ask for consent where the law requires it.
