Terms of Service

Use of the service is subject to these terms and the agreement or order form signed with the customer. If they conflict, the signed customer document controls to the extent it says so.

The service receives field observations, such as voice, images and text, and prepares an editable report draft.

Every report is a draft requiring human review. The user must review, correct and approve it before relying on or delivering it.

A user must be an adult and authorized to act for the customer. The customer is responsible for approved users, protecting access methods and promptly reporting unauthorized use.

ENIGMATECH AUTOMATION LTD does not take ownership of customer-submitted content or the final report. The customer grants only the permission needed to process content to provide, secure and support the service.

The customer is responsible for having authority to provide third-party information and process it through the service.

The service may not be used for unlawful, harmful or infringing activity; malicious code; control bypass; service interference; or processing data without appropriate authority.

We may restrict dangerous or prohibited activity as allowed by the agreement, law and the need to protect the service and others.

Prices, trials, billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are set in the order form or customer agreement. This page does not create a price or commercial commitment that was not approved there.

Suspension and termination rights, notice periods, post-termination export and deletion will be set by the customer agreement and Privacy Policy. This page does not promise immediate deletion from every backup or provider system.

Confidentiality duties apply under the relevant customer agreement, nondisclosure agreement and data-processing agreement. Human access to content will be limited to an approved operational need and appropriate controls.

Representations, warranties, indemnities, liability limits and exclusions are governed by the applicable customer agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Each version will show its date and version. A material change will follow the approved notice and acceptance process; we will not treat publication alone as proof of assent.

Governing law, venue and formal-notice delivery will be set by the customer agreement and approved legal text. Questions about these terms may be sent to office@enigma-group-tech.com.
